Russia to pilot blockchain-based national electricity elections in September

On August 20, the Cointelegraph announced that Russia will conduct a blockchain-based national electricity election in September. The new framework would have been jointly developed by the largest Russian suppliers Rostelecom and Waves. The First Amendment will take place on September 13 in a joint vote by the Russian State Duma in the Kursk and Yaroslavskaya regions. About 600,000 voters can vote in this electronic ballot.
