Gemini appoints former AWS executive as CTO

The crypto trading platform announced that Pravjit has partnered with Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he previously served as CEO of Edge Services including Amazon CloudFront, AWS Edge Computing and AWS Data Transfer Operations. Pravjit held product and marketing leadership at Microsoft and Disney before spending more than six years at AWS. As chief technology officer (CTO) of Gemini, Pravjit will lead the company's engineering and product team. Pravjit said he decided to join Gemini "because I wanted to help develop Web3 and the metaverse distribution." (more positive)
