Bittrex and Poloniex are asking the judges of the bureau for a ruling.

Lawyers for the cryptocurrency exchange Bittrex and Poloniex on August 8 warned Southern New York State Judge Failla on Friday that they would seek a ruling in a court case, Coindesk reported. The two were involved in fraud and trafficking, court records show. The plaintiff also claimed that "the significance of the allegation could not be substantiated" that the cryptocurrency issue at stake in the lawsuit was against Bitfinex, and he could not prove that Bitfinex used the money to control industry. Both addresses are owned by people who have nothing to do with Bitfinex, the statement said. It was announced that Bittrex and Poloniex have been added as defendants in the June 2020 lawsuit.
