Former Coinbase Lempres Legal Officer Joins Silvergate Capital as Chairman

According to Coindesk, the former legal director of cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase, Michael Lempres, has joined Silvergate Capita as chairman. Prior to joining Silvergate, Lempres served as COO of venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz.
