Governor of the Bank of England: digital fortunes pose a risk to the currency market

Digital payments and fintech firm Mogo has announced that it has completed the acquisition of an additional 2% of trading products previously announced on Canada's largest cryptocurrency trading platform, Coinsquare, according to stocktitan. Under the agreement, Mogo will acquire 378,774 common shares of Mogo and 655,644 shares of Coinsquare for $ 5 million. Mogo also has the option to acquire a 3.4% stake in Coinsquare, allowing Mogo to own 14% of Coinsquare products.
