Miami real estate company E11EVEN Hotel and Residences received its first cryptocurrency deposit before announcing recognition of its digital assets, according to Cointelegraph. Now, there is up to a month until E11EVEN receives the second cryptocurrency deposit, and the cost of the down payment is around 10% and 15% of the mortgage.
