Canadian public company CaptivaVerde has acquired clean energy company CryptoOneCorp

According to Media Out Reach, Captiva Verde Wellness Corp. (CSE: PWR) (OTC: CPIVF) (“Captiva”) has announced its intention to purchase both outgoing and Optimized Crypto One Corp (“C1”). Current Captiva Verde members will receive a new C1 for every 10 Captiva Verde games they hold. At the end of the plan, C1 will provide 150 million shares to the registered shareholders of C1.
