UNICEF invests in blockchain startups to complement financial accounting.

Forkast News, UNICEF announced today that the UNICEF Venture Fund is working in Kenya, Argentina, India, Mexico and Rwanda to help people around the world who are not receiving financial assistance. Six countries, including Nepal, have invested in seven blockchain markets. These 7 companies will be selected from 450 sponsors from 77 countries to receive up to $ 100,000 in seeds, of which 5 companies decide to receive part of their ETH investment. Five of these startups are also headed by women. These startups include Xcapit from Argentina, GovBlocks from India, BX Smart Labs from Mexico, Fintech Global from Rwanda, Rumsan from Nepal, Grassroots Economics and KotaniPay from Kenya. Grants, loans and investments for underserved communities and decentralized decision-making tools.
