CoinDesk News New York Digital Investment Group (NYDIG), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Stone Ridge Asset Management, announced the acquisition of Arctos Capital, but the benefits were not announced. "We are delighted to partner with NYDIG and will continue to develop financial solutions and other services to support the development of NYDIG's North American Bitcoin mining business," said Trevor Smyth, Managing Partner of Arctos Capital , in the press release.
