According to u.today, one of Ripple's attorneys, James K. Filan, and two other stakeholders, said on Twitter that a new meeting will be held soon. The court is planning another joint investigative meeting between Ripple and the US SEC, to be called on April 30. Filan is hoping the court will decide to help Ripple, and the court will ban the SEC from using written documents to obtain information about Ripple from foreign regulators. He also believes the court could ask the SEC to transfer the results of the investigation to Ripple.
