According to a report by U.Today, Deaton Attorney General John Deaton has filed a motion to represent the secretary of XRP to resolve a dispute between Ripple and the United States Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) in a case similar. John Deaton described the legal arguments that support the consensus in the bill and noted that neither the SEC nor Ripple represented the interests of the boys doing business. Recent reports suggest that regulators have tried to shield XRP insurers from authorization, arguing their goal is to revive the business idea. However, the defendants involved in the litigation argued that many companies suffered from the lawsuit. The letter also states that the holders of XRP have decided to prove that XRP is "the most important of all cryptocurrencies". He also described the SEC warning that the claim was "extremely frightening." It was argued that the interests of the holders of the Ripple class action lawsuit were represented by the SEC. The SEC must file a complaint by May 3. Before Federal Judge Analisa Torres decides whether or not to approve John Deaton's request to intervene, she will have to do so on May 17 to respond.
