According to MakerDao's official report, the MIP45 (Klosing 2.0 System Upgrade Proposal) has been included in the Maker Governance Portal for approval. MKR holders can now vote to activate Clearing 2.0. If approved, Clearing 2.0 will improve performance and provide more opportunities for community members to participate in competitive auctions through greater interaction with the Auction Keeper software.
