U.today announced that at her April 7 meeting today, Supreme Court Justice Sarah Netburn approved Ripple's motion to force the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to release information on Bitcoin and Ethereum. Ripple previously claimed in its March 15 filing that the U.S. SEC failed to provide information that was not chosen by regulators. Ripple wanted the SEC to provide information relating to Bitcoin and Ethereum, and at the time, the SEC claimed that information relating to Bitcoin and Ethereum did not affect the matter.
