On April 7, Decrypt announced that the Nashville-based Bobby Hotel boutique hotel had received Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies for booking rooms and events through its Bitcoin payment service BitPay. BitPay, a bitcoin payment service, will handle cryptocurrency payments on behalf of the hotel. This means that customers can pay with Bitcoin, Ethereum, and fixed funds, in addition to Dogecoin, which BitPay added last month.
