On March 15, Compound announced that communities had announced Agreement 041, which plans to replace existing cToken contracts with new cToken contracts, starting with WBTC doing business. Then the migration contracts are BAT, ZRX, USDC and finally ETH. According to the government, the old version of the cToken contract cannot be changed and some new administrations cannot be used.
