According to TheDailyHodl, the new theory suggests that crypto guru and cypherpunk Len Sassaman could be the creator of the anonymous Bitcoin Satoshi Nakamoto. In an interim article, author Leung gave a number of reasons. First, on July 3, 2011, two months before Sassaman's death, Satoshi Nakamoto sent his last message. According to Leung, Sassaman worked with Hal Finney when he joined Network Associates to help improve crypto PGP, Finney was the first person to receive Bitcoin from Satoshi Nakamoto. Leung added that Sassaman's privacy also follows the assumptions that led to the creation of the Bitcoin network. Additionally, during Bitcoin's development, Sasaman was in Belgium and Satoshi Nakamoto was reportedly in Europe while working on the project.
