African Development Bank promotes digital benefits of gender inclusion

According to TheGuardian, the African Development Bank (AfDB) promotes digital advantages and has developed programs to empower women, especially in West African Economic Community (ECOWAS) countries, including Nigeria. The bank announced yesterday that its board of directors has approved funding of $ 320,535 for the West African Monetary Authority (WEMA) to improve the issue of gender inclusion in digital advisory policy (DFS ) ECOWAS financial services. The bank explained that the funds would support gender identification in a number of WAMA's strategies, including financial accounting, gender segregation data etc, digital payment services and real estate development, and digital personalization.
