According to a Trustnodes report from February 11, it previously announced that the global payments giant Mastercard supports payment options in cryptocurrency, or specifically in securities. Raj Dhamodharan, director of digital payments, said plans for crypto payments are underway and optional cryptocurrencies will be promoted directly to the Mastercard payments network later this year. The media have pointed out that cryptocurrencies appear to be referring to fixed funds here as they do not include investment instruments, such as bitcoin. The official said that in order to use the Mastercard payment network, encrypted devices must be secure so that the devices can be used for more than the required investment. At the same time, officials said they were working with Wirex and BitPay to create Bitcoin debit cards, but said they hoped to directly support cryptocurrency as many traders now accept cryptocurrency.
