MarathonPatent and Canadian miner DMG to build North America's first mining pool organization

On January 6, Beincrypto announced that the Nasdaq had listed Marathon Patent Company and that Canadian miner DMG announced a joint venture to develop North America's first mining pool. The collaboration aims to further diversify Bitcoin hashing and increase miner transparency through a combination of capital resources. In addition, Marathon Patent and DMG, through their US company Blockseer, have signed a non-partisan agreement to develop Digital Miners North America (DCMNA), a non-profit organization that will focus on business issues. This includes consolidating resources, sharing benefits, welcoming and increasing transparency at multiple levels.
