According to CoinDesk on January 6, gaming tech giant IGT received a Bitcoin-related patent that allowed users to pay Bitcoin bets. According to the US Patent and Trademark Office, users can exchange cryptocurrencies for their games as payment and convert cryptocurrencies to fiat after payment.
