On January 6, The Block announced that the UK ban on the sale of cryptocurrency derivatives and exchange-traded notes (ETNs) would take effect on January 6. In October, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) banned consumers from selling electronic and electronic instruments (ETNS) containing certain types of crypto assets.
