Shuai Chu tweeted 4 important events for Qtum in 2021: 1. Block time will be faster, reach 16-31 seconds. 2. Qtum will be halved on September 3rd. 3. 160 PB of Filecoin computing power is added to the package. Quantum chain based on a mining NFT which will soon extract energy between BTC and ETH 4. The second extension of the quantum chain is through zk-rollup, and zkswap is connected to the quantum chain.
