Lucian Mincu, co-founder of the Elrond Partitioning Project, announced on Twitter that Elrond protocol version v1.1.16.0 has been released and major 3rd level functionality has been released to the Elrond test network. These features include: -New Arwen virtual machine with pre-integration functionality, -Smart export contract, -Use of ESDT tokens, -Meta-trading, -Three-phase trading with improved oil standards, -Function of third phase contract, -Third phase delegate director.
