On January 1, Fuel Labs announced that a version 1.0 of the Fuel scaling solution, Ethereum Layer 2 based on the Optimistic Rollup concept, has been released to the Ethereum mainnet. The fuel is based on the UTXO model and the current version 1.0 can support speeds up to 500 TPS (operational per second).
