According to the Block report, users of the Genesis cryptocurrency over-the-counter trading platform today received an email notifying them that XRP trading and lending has been delayed. According to an email, Genesis canceled its new purchase of XRP on December 29. Users holding XRP will sell it on January 15th and XRP trading will be completely closed for that day. Genesis does not accept new XRP deposits, but allows XRP withdrawals.
