CyptoNews reported that Thailand's Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has filed a lawsuit against Bitcoin Company Limited (a subsidiary of BX.in.th), Thailand's largest cryptocurrency exchange. The SEC said that after BX shut down last year, it was turning consumers' digital assets into wallets without an insurance policy. After BX closed, it was announced that consumers can withdraw cryptocurrencies by November 1, 2019. However, Bitcoin Company Limited has since dropped contact with cryptocurrencies. The users sought to recover their assets and had all the employees fired.
