Close the cross-chain repository and temporarily opt out to join Conflux's MoonSwap upgrade

On December 11, MoonSwap announced an update whereby Conflux (CFX) would be upgraded to a height of 3,615,000 blocks (approximately 3:30 p.m. on December 11), so the process down the line will also change and maintained. To this end, MoonSwap will temporarily close its cross-border account and cease operations, and changes to the Conflux channel will not be affected. Special hours are 1:00 p.m. on December 11 to 5:00 p.m. on December 12, Beijing time.
