Foreign Correspondent: Standard Chartered Bank Launches Business Cryptocurrency Trading Activity

According to CoinDesk on December 9, as two sources are aware of the plan, Standard Chartered has set up a cryptocurrency exchange group for the new digital trading platform for trading companies. A source familiar with the matter said Standard Chartered's cryptocurrency trading group includes the five largest OTC traders and four exchanges, and will include Ethereum-based payment tokens. Based on investments, companies involved in monitoring and trading services include LMAX and ErisX, Swiss hosting provider METACO, invested by Standard Chartered Bank, and UK experts. Cobalt technology industry will support also the project, depending on the investment.
