IOHK Introduces New Cardano Digital Identity System and Governance Project, Establishes Cardano Development Fund

According to Decrypt, during a virtual conference, IOHK said it had started announcing the Cardano update, Shelley. The company also announced Atala PRISM, a private division that provides participants with access to financial services, and Project Catalyst, Cardano's leadership position, which is currently undergoing process experimentation and will eventually have four sections. A set of experiments (e.g. Catalyst0, Catalyst1, Catalyst2) to determine blockchain node management, administration protocol, application querying, and system performance. IOHK has also partnered with Wave Financial Group to develop a total funding of $20 million. As previously reported, Cardano has released the new version of Shelley and the mainnet will be released on July 29.
