According to CoinDesk, on December 4, the Russian Crypto Market and Blockchain RAKIB Association sent a letter to President of the Central Bank of Russia Nabiulina stating that the future central bank digital currency (CBDC) should not have too much. In the letter, it was noted that the production capacity of the digital ruble, on which the authorities relied, would revert from the Russian economy to the Soviet model, allowing all monetary operations carried out by the central management. In practice, however, central banks should not be the only digital ruble to represent all income in one system.
