According to Forbes, on October 28, the Wyoming state financial regulator approved the regulatory license for Two Sea Trust. This governing license allows the company to supervise digital equipment and antiques under the laws of the state of Wyoming and to become a "qualified administrator" under the Business Act of 1940.
