According to Bloomberg News on October 27, Shy Datika, founder and CEO of the INX cryptocurrency exchange, announced that it will acquire Openfinance Securities, the U.S. digital asset trading platform. Details of the exchange were not disclosed, but Shy Datika said Openfinance's current value is between $ 40 million and $ 70 million, as Openfinance raised $ 25 million three years ago.
