IBM and R3 Join Forces to Extend Blockchain Capabilities and Services in Hybrid Cloud

According to an Oct. 22 announcement by industry blockchain consortium R3, IBM and R3 have announced a new partnership to expand the choice of blockchain technology to their customers. As part of the partnership, R3 announced new beta utilities that will bring R3 the Corda Enterprise blockchain platform to IBM LinuxONE next month. This service is a hybrid cloud with IBM Cloud Hyper Protect Services Cloud and is hosted on IBM Cloud. The IBM LinuxONE beta program will be available on November 2, 2020 on IBM Cloud and on-premises.
