According to a July 16 report by Decrypt, hacker group Anonymous is investigating Interpol's investigation into biochemical terrorism on the Dark Web, which it obtained through a security breach by hosting company Netsential. This book educates law enforcement on best practices for accessing a dark web smuggling subculture. In addition to teaching researchers how to trade with cryptocurrencies, they explain how to create a secret ID, use the Tor browser, and access a dark community site such as scared. Released in 2019, the 142-page book, designed to support Interpol's Pandora program, was published in 2018 to "expand research and operations to combat the biochemical activities of the Dark Web".
