On October 16, the OKEx USDT share price fell to 6.60, which we believe was affected by the delayed withdrawal from the platform. Currently, the USDT OTC rate in Huobi is still 6.70.

OKEx changed the cut-off time to 11 a.m. and has now been postponed.
OKEx recently updated its notice to change the cancellation time to 11 a.m. today. Before the announcement, OKEx had already canceled the deletion.
