On October 15, CoinPost announced that in response to a previous class action lawsuit, Bancor's legal team, Bancor Exchange, was not eligible for a lawsuit in the United States due to Bancor's global territory. Bancor's claimant specifically referred to a person in Wisconsin, US, who purchased tokens issued from Singapore in exchange for a Swiss transaction from Bancor, and the claimant alleges that the exchange sold tokens without Bancor license has offices in Israel and Switzerland, so experience in New York is not required.
