ETC Official: ECIP-1099 is integrated with HyperledgerBesu and ECBP-1100 will be tested soon.

ETC announced on its official Twitter that ECIP-1099 "Epoch Duration Calibration" has been placed on Hyperledger Besu and will soon be tested on Mordor. The ECBP-1100 “MESS” concept will also be tested in Besu soon. The ECIP-1099 proposal requires FAL size restrictions and ECIP-1100 Consensus (MESS) is required to change content scores, further complicating network security.
