As Coindesk reported, Ripple is only partially complete in his request to dismiss allegations of fraud in the prosecution room. In a ruling on Friday, Northern California Judge Phyllis J. Hamilton approved two parts of Ripple's motion to dismiss 10 lawsuits filed by Ripple against the Wisdom Department and Director Brad Garlinghouse. The allegations stem from a joint venture of investors alleging that Ripple and Garlinghouse did not register XRP as securities with the SEC and made false claims about cryptocurrencies. However, the judge also dismissed the other side of the appeal, which was amended at the end of February. This includes four allegations that Garlinghouse "has denied the status of its XRP resources."
