The developers of DelphiDigital have submitted a request to Ethereum insurer NexusMutual to stop development of the MCR.

Delphi Digital co-founder Yan Liberman tweeted that the Ethereum Mutual Insurance community Nexus Mutual has submitted a petition to limit the 1% daily growth at MCR. According to Yan Liberman, the daily growth of 1% is focused on accelerating the performance of Nexus Mutual, but is now becoming a distraction for capital expansion. Our goal now is to expand the type of coverage offered by Nexus Mutual, rather than simply expanding the depth of each type of coverage. Once the MCR reaches a starting point, it can be switched to the gearing function, which is a function of various variables such as the right to apply to the whole system, the funding aid, the growth of the capital and overall activity.
