The California District Court in the United States dropped two counts of fraud against Ripple, but allowed the plaintiffs to appeal under different conditions.

According to the Dailyhold report, a California court in the United States recently dismissed two counts of fraud against Ripple. In the first allegation, the Ripple complainant claimed that XRP is up 4,000% per year, that digital devices are better than gold, and that XRP has real applications. In the second argument, the claimant argued that Garlinghouse's claims were related to the organizations involved in XRP, which people viewed as a successful company that increased the value of XRP. However, the court granted leave to the plaintiff, arguing that the plaintiff could extend the appeal process by filing Garlinghouse for violating section 25401 of the California Corporations Code.
