According to Decrypt on October 2, BitTorrent developer Bram Cohen announced the latest details of Tron's acquisition of BitTorrent yesterday. “After a long time, I finally got most of it, but Tron didn't explain why they cut the money,” he tweeted. A year after the purchase was finalized, Cohen claimed Justin Sun held the final deal between the two parties.
