PrysmaticLabs released version v1.0.0-alpha.25 with new dynamic validator key load

On September 14, Prysmatic Labs, a working group of Ethereum 2.0 users, announced on Twitter that version v1.0.0-alpha.25 of user Prysm has been released. The main feature of this version is that it adds dynamic loading of validation keys. This means that new validation keys can be added without having to restart the validation service. In addition, this version requires many more security fixes than the previous version.
