Blockchain Capital Sues Florida Firm for Criminal Activity

Venture capital firm Blockchain Capital has sued Florida-based Blockchain Capital Management LLC (BCM) for breach of trust using a similar name in the financial services industry, Coindesk announced Thursday. BCM founder Fareed Ifthikar said the lawsuit could not be settled because BCM is a dormant company with no intention of taking legal action. "Our lawyers have called for the start of the shutdown of the company, and this should be done as soon as possible," he added.
