Polkadot Subscan's Token Unlock Plan does not consist of opening products to the public, but of opening a balance due to daily commitments.

According to PolkaBase, a contact with the Subscan team confirmed that the 'Token Unlock Plan' files in the Subscan browser are the (deleted) balance of daily opens, which is part of the process for existing molds. Actions are locked by allowing public access to NPOS since then. The last public announcement will end on July 28 and existing cases will be closed. The Subscan team has already modified the copy.
