Decentralized Exchange Protocol Uniswap Launches Token List Index

Uniswap announced Token Lists, a new standard for generating ERC 20 token names. This is a community initiative to support the discovery and reliability of ERC 20 token names. The token list follows the standard JSON schema and is publicly available over ENS, IPFS, and HTTPS. The index includes ERC 20 token names, homepages and browser names on tokenlists.org, community forums on community.tokenlists.org and resources from CoinMarketCap, Coingecko, Dharma, Zerion, Kleros TCR, Defiprime, Compound, Aave, Synthetix. , UMA, 1 inch and Roll names. Token names are now available in the Uniswap interface instead of using the default name. Uniswap will continue to improve the token list by working with the community.
