Huobi calls for security restrictions

Ripple's partner Flare plans to bring existing Ethereum applications to the XRP market, reports U.Today. Former Ripple CTO Stefan Thomas said he initially planned to introduce smart contracts for XRP, but the plan was scrapped due to various issues. If the Flare connectivity plan is approved, XRPL will become a platform capable of sharing applications, offering greater flexibility. Last year, Xpring, the investment arm of Ripple, announced an investment in Flare Networks to support new applications for XRP.
