Coinbase is restructuring its main European business with Marcus Hughes as CEO, succeeding Zeeshan Feroz as CEO, CoinDesk announced on August 25. Hughes acquired Coinbase's international legal team earlier this month. Coinbase has said it will monitor Coinbase's further expansion in Europe.
