According to Cointelegraph News, Richard Holden, a professor at the University of New South Wales, believes that distributing information technology could solve Republicans' voter registration problems, but could help Democrats. Holden points out that while the DLT has the potential to increase voter turnout and have a "positive impact" on U.S. election results, questions remain about the fairness of the entire electoral process to go through.
