Jeju Island is one of Korea's most popular tourist destinations, attracting around 15 million tourists each year. Jeju Island is now encouraging visitors to use a blockchain-based Distribution Identification (DID) application that seeks to ensure the privacy of COVID-19 contacts. According to an August 19 report, Jeju Island has agreed to introduce systems with ICONLOOP, a Korean blockchain company.
