NFT Investments acquires crypto tech firm Pluto for £96m

On January 24, NFT industry incubator NFT Investments agreed to acquire crypto financial equipment and investment firm Pluto Digital PLC for £96 million. The acquisition, as agreed by the members, will create a global metaverse company and increase investment in the NFT space, as the Pluto Ventures unit has a “profitable” investment in NFTs and NFT games. Under the terms of the application, NFT Investments will receive 100% of Pluto's capital in return for announcing a new NFT Investments of 2.4bn (4p a new NFT report, available (figures from Pluto Digital PLC at £) .96 million). NFT Investments has a unique 90-day dedicated period dedicated to Pluto. Following the completion of the acquisition, our Pluto team will join the company as CEO and Jonathan Bixby will remain President on a status quo basis. NFT Investment will also provide a £5 million loan to Pluto upon signing the Letter of Intent, proceeds from the proceeds will be used to supplement the business plans of various Metaverse technology companies.
